About the Treasure Coast

When we talk about providing a “Florida Lifestyle” what do we mean?

It’s all about enjoying the fantastic, lush climate. It brings the outdoors in, with open porches, and expansive open concept rooms that let the cool breeze flow and the sunshine warm your heart.

It’s about celebrating a way of life that is easy, comfortable and inviting – much like our homes.

The Treasure Coast is named after the Spanish Fleet lost off its coast in 1715, carrying silver and gold; although it could just as easily be named for how precious this area is to those who call it home.

With one of Florida’s finest nature preserves, as well as charming towns that feature art and music festivals, and sporting events: there is something for everyone to enjoy here.

Pace 2000 builds in the most desirable communities within the Treasure Coast. There are three counties that make up the Treasure Coast: Martin County, St. Lucie County, and Indian River County. Within each of these three counties, we build in the exceptional towns listed below. Wikipedia links with more details on each town is included for your information.
